We arrived to look for some frames to change the glasses, they told us that Mr. Alfredo Santos was going to do it and that we should go shopping because it was going to take a while, after 45 minutes we returned and the young woman told us that Mr. Santos had not had time and that he was serving a client to whom we asked if he could ask him how long it was going to take and Mr. Santos with an arrogant attitude told us that the frame we had chosen did not work, to which we told him that as he knew if the young woman had told us that she had not seen him. Mr. Santos is an old man who should already be resting and giving steps to young people who want and have good customer service. I suggest you put him to rest.
