AMANDA was smiley, welcoming and helpful. There were three other clients before me and she was polite and helpful with each and everyone. As I was walking out the lady coming in also complemented Amanda for smiling and being friendly. From here on out I'll drive the extra minutes to drop off my packages at this location. Thank you!

I live down the street from this location. The hours are so inconvenient that no one can ever get in here to do business like ship or pick up packages. Not to mention the lady at the front desk is so rude. I had to open up a PO Box at a UPS store near my work on the other side of town because they have more convenient hours in which I can ship and receive packages.

Something has changed with the service... several months ago all was good. Today she refused to scan my packages... the person filling in for her the last several weeks had no problem doing it. The PO on Vivion (when they are open) has no problem scanning packages and neither does the NKC PO. This one happens to be on my route home... Must be nice to refuse to do your job and still get paid.
