WORST SERVICE EVER. I ordered a bagel with jalapeño cream cheese today with a girl named ALONNA, and got home 15 minutes away to open up to 2 of these. When I brought it back and walked up to the counter the girl immediately says “ DO YOU WANT MORE?” I was taken back at the way she already knew what I was looking for? I asked if she could please re make them and she rips them out of my sisters hand and throws them in the garbage angrily. When she brought them back they had an obnoxious amount on them now. Sad to say that my family and I will never be returning here and they really need new employees. To add to that she the owner then began posting and mocking the customers for being upset with the nasty service we received. Very dissapointing.

Slowest service I’ve ever experienced. I ordered online and when I came to pick it up 20 minutes later. I was left standing there and nobody around to help. After seeing the piles of ordered overflowing from the printer, I decided to cut my loses and leave without my order and without a refund. This is also not the first time this happened. It’s a shame because the bagels are actually good. Please fix your broken service.

Short Version. Low rating due to service having gone signficantly downhill. However, if you only care about the quality of the bagels / bagel products, and not the service...FIVE stars. They're still the only game in town. And their bagels are far better than Fishkill or Carmel. Long Version. Here's a little history. There used to be a small cadre of older ladies who worked here. And, boy, did they hustle! They did everything. Over time, these excellent workers either retired or left. Since then, the Owner has hired almost exclusively high school or college girls, whose minds appear to be more on their nails or what they're going to do later, rather than bagelry and customer service. That's normal & understandable. As this new service paradigm appeared, I adapted. I would phone my order in, well in advance (at least 30 minutes). This would allow me to skip the line (which is out the door during high demand times) when I arrived, get & pay for my order, and split. I can no longer do that, even. Very recently, an automated phone system was installed wherein a voice answers, welcomes you, and directs you to press "1" to place an order. You are then shunted to the 'Order Line', which rings for a few seconds, and then the automated voice tells you nobody can take your order. I guess that is marginally better than what the high school girls would do: answer the phone and then immediately hang up. Maybe that's why they installed the automated system. No more bagels for me, it seems. Luckily there are other local breakfast sandwich options, where a person always answers the phone.

Absolutely fantastic bagels at reasonable prices from friendly, hardworking people. You cannot go wrong. I wish I lived here, I'd be here 2x a day and probably would gain way too much weight trying everything on the menu. Do not hesitate to visit.

No they don't have gluten free bagels but they do sell gluten free muffins.
Line forms safety distanced at front door... One person leaves by side door, another goes into bakery. If people are being considerate, they will socially distance while in line. Maybe 5 people in line at a time. Masks are a must!!!
Yes but you can have them toasted. Theirs also a seating area.
