After a long struggle of finding an affordable Gluten Free cake for our sister's belated birthday- we come across Katie Rose Bakery. They have a customizable 8 inch gluten free cake for 36 dollars. Other places want 50- 100 dollars!! People fail to realize that going gluten free isn't a fashion trend- it's related to serious health complications! Those with celiac disease, like my sister, literally would form ulcers in their stomach from eating too much gluten! So, I must say I appreciate Katie Rose Bakery's reasonable gluten free options. Their other baked goods look fantastic as well! Overall, this five star bakery deserves an applause!

Delicious! I chose this bakery because it was highly rated and was super affordable (student here) compared to some other bakeries. I love that they are so accommodating of allergies. My friend wanted an eggless cake and Katie mentioned it might not taste like a traditional cake but I honestly could not tell and it was so good. Definitely would come back if I'm ever in the area.

Katie baked an AMAZING wedding cake for us!! There were two different flavors, one for each tier. She also did a tasting with us a few months prior and was so kind, warm, and accommodating. Nothing pre-packaged with this bakery—she customized every detail for us! Thank you again Katie—our cake was beautiful, delicious, and received tons of compliments from our guests!!

To whom it may concern! Thanks so much for asking. We are doing everything that we are suppose to be doing like any other business:-) wearing masks, washing hands a 100 times a day, wearing gloves, de sanitizing as much as possible, and limited the amount of customers coming in at time. We can deliver and do curb side. We want to serve our community while keeping everyone as safe as possible.
