This place is horrible. I sat in the lobby for nearly one hour and after asking about their wait time was told its TWO hours.. One hour without anyone informing us of the time frame or even reaching out to say what's is your issue. How is this place classified as URGENT CARE when you are in their lobby for 2 hours ??? So much could happen in a two hour time frame. You spend roughly two hours in a hospital ER from start to finish if that time frame is the same at this location what's the sense in them being in business as AN URGENT CARE FACILITY??? Btw I was in and out of the Davie location within 45 mins. Doctor Brittany Polly and the staff were awesome professional and made me feel like I was really at an urgent care facility. Avoid this body shop called PLANTATION MD NOW URGENTCARE!!!!

When I checked in a 11:15 AM I was told the would be 2 hours. I have been waiting for 3.5 hours plus. They are not calling people back in the order that they came in. And, when you ask why they are not calling people back in the proper order. They simply walk away and stay hidden for 10 minutes and do not give an explanation. I wonder if the people that work in the back would like to be treated like this. I am asking for a supervisor to contact me and give me a professional explanation for this type of mistreatment by MD Now staff. This is one of the few clinics that do X-rays. So, their objective is to make money taking X-rays instead of waiting on sick people. Again, I am asking for a supervisor to contact me and give me a professional explanation for this horrible service.

Hi Noah, most insurance providers cover the cost of testing however if you plan to pay out of pocket, the cost is $199.
No you don't have to but if you want to reduce any possible wait time it's best to make an appointment because your time is valuable. Maybe make a best guess estimation of when you will be arriving to your location. You can call or make an appointment online.
Yes. PCP are available there, but charges might be vary. Check with your insurance for copay and other stuffs. It might not be same as PCP, vary for different insurance companies.
No it's an urgent care facility, as opposed to going to the ER..
Hi Stephanie, a physical exam is 69* if you plan to pay out of pocket. No appointment is necessary.

Make an appointment online. In regards to fees, depends on your insurance. I have been tested a few times. I have had a turnaround time on results as few as 48 hours and as long as 5 days.
Hello Helen, results are generally available after 3-5 days but can take longer depending on the demand at the processing lab.
I think u have to go to your primary care for that maybe a referral. Call directly and find out
I m not sure. Call the office and ask.
They do have some prescriptions they can fill in house. At a lower cost sometimes.
$145 for a basic visit, not including tests, if you don't have insurance. They have a coupon on their website for like 25 off of the 145. With insurance, it costs whatever your copay is.
Yes. I had chest xrays done a few months ago.
I've been to the North Miami location with a toddler before, but this location? I gotta be honest and say I've seen how they treat people with a toddler there, and I would not even come in the door with one, let alone ask for one to be examined. It took a little bit to find the right place for us, but it's worth the effort to call around before you go. We have a place we're really happy with now. Best of luck to you in finding the right place for your little one.
