So I joined this gym almost two months ago and this is what I think about this gym. It is very large (3 floors), free parking, Large selection of machines, long hours of operations and they open on holidays (even if they close early for the day). The only two drawbacks from the gym is that the parking lot is unconviniently located down the street and you also have to go up 4 flights through a filthy staircase thats is often filled with urine and garbage. Also the bathrooms are not always clean. Other than that, I would still recommend the gym. Much better than Blink and Planet Fitness

Been going here for years! No funny business! Pay monthly or yearly. Their open everyday even on holidays. This gym got me jacked

While this gym has a few good amenities, overall its a terrible environment. I previously used this gym in 2016 as a guest and was injured from a old workout bike (broke under me in spin class). It left a nasty scar on my leg and was told by management that there was nothing they could do (BIG regrets on not taking legal action). During the pandemic, I decided to sign up for a membership, thinking that the environment changed. BOY WAS I WRONG. The machines were still EXTREMELY OLD and some were even broken creating a hazard (screen being broken on the treadmill). The gym itself is also very DISGUSTING. They do not clean the floors or the machines often enough, making workouts a dreadful experience. The aerobic room is absolutely filthy throughout most of the days even though they haven't had workout classes for the majority of the pandemic. Majority of the staff are extremely disrespectful at times (minus a few helpful ones). If it wasn't for my year that I purchased, I would have immediately cancelled. Do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs. It would be virtually better to just work out at 24 hour fitness. Note to Management: FOR THE PRICE YOU CHARGE FOR A MEMBERSHIP, THE ENVIRONMENT AND EQUIPMENT NEEDS TO BE UPGRADED IMMEDIATELY. IT CREATES A HAZARD THAT CAN CAUSE SERIOUS INJURIES OR HEALTH CONCERNS TO CERTAIN CONSUMERS. I'M SHOCKED THAT THERE HASN'T BEEN A OUTBREAK OF STAPH INFECTIONS WITHIN YOUR FACILITY. DO BETTER!!!!!!

Pro: 1. Well equipped bodybuilder gym. 2. Reserved parking lot at near by parking structure rooftop 2 min walk 3. Plenty of street parking if you come before 8am Con: 1. Music needs to stop. Period. Even with noise canceling earbuds I can still hear the music. 😩 No one is coming here to listen to music. 2. Flooring has too many air bubbles and potentially causing trip and fall 3. A lot of men think gym is some kind of hookup spot - pls dont sh*t where you eat

U can guest train for 10 bucks. There is no trial period. No additional sign up fees.

All trainers are subcontracted & have different fees/packages so their rates are not included in our membership prices. For one month it’s $45
And yes you can exercise separately from men if you want you are an adult you can do anything you want is there a female and a male section separately no absolutely not
The account holder has to be present for the guest to enter. It is better to have separate memberships if both parties are unable to go at the same time.
