Excellent service and professionalism. They usually carry out services by appointment, but they accommodate walk-ins if things aren't too busy. I walked in on 02/24 and didn't have to wait long for my oil change. I brought my own oil and filter, so only paid for the labor (super low price). The entire process was half an hour. Of course, if you need to purchase oil and filter there, you will have to pay more. They specialize in tires and I'll consider buying mine there. Always good to support a local business.

Been going to Mavis at different locations and this one is definitely my favorite! Staff are professional and thorough. Mercedes at the front desk/ mechanic was super helpful and was able to give me details of what needed to be fixed. I was very busy that day on the phone and in meetings while trying to get a quote and she was so patient and understanding. She gave her recommendations but did not get pushy with the services like other places do. They were willing to work with me in the price of everything. I think I especially like that there is a female mechanic who was seemingly running the place smoothly as well as knows what she is talking about. They were organized and fast. Will definitely be coming back and highly recommended this location.
