The staff person on duty Sunday morning, 7/17/2022, at AppleMed (504 Gramatan Avenue in MV)was very unprofessional, disorganized, and unhelpful. She did not have persons attended to based on when they arrived but on an arbitrary process. She made comments that she did not want to be there and negative comments about the doctors. I will not visit this AppleMed in the future. They need properly trained employees to attend to visitors. Report to Department of Health

I was helped by the front desk staff immediately, was attentive to my concerns and was timely processed. I was brought into the rooms where I was met with a friendly welcome by the M.A's, they took their time to understand why I was there and showed professionalism. The doctor answered all my questions and made sure I left with all my concerns answered. I recommend this facility for your medical needs

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. I put my name down on the list to be called back for a Covid test because they had a lot of ppl ahead of me. They never called me. The front desk staff are easily frustrated due to the volume of patients. I wouldn’t be surprised if they mixed up labs. I’ve read a few of the owners responses and they are laughable. He doesn’t accept responsibility is consistent with in his mediocre health care practices. My suggest to him would be to LISTEN to his patients more instead of being defensive to critique.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with an urgent care. 5hrs of waiting outside for a covid test. No communication, no process just people standing around not working. This place should be reported. Avoid at all costs
