After my horrible experience with Fed ex, I went to the USPC, and I was be able to complete my request in 3 minutes that fed ex couldn’t do in 30 minutes. So USPC is the best for me. They really understand customer need and can provide fast and efficient solutions.

World's worst postal office. I had to send a parcel international at the Chinatown office. I was packing my item with a rigid package and the person at the desk recommended to use an envelope. I followed her advice. Result: after 3 days the pack is back. Reason: I had to use a rigid package instead of an envelope. To pick it up I had to go till north-beach. I took it and I went back to the Chinatown office for a refund and to resend the pack. They said that for the refund it was necessary a supervisor and they had not, so I had to go back to north-beach if I wanted. Congratulations, this is the worst performance I ever seen in a postal office in any nation.

Post offices are open 9-5, Monday through Friday. Made a special trip, arrived at 4:40pm and the place is closed with the lights off. My tax dollars at work, don't seem to be enough to buy a full days work.
