I never write reviews, let alone bad ones, but this place finally warrants one. Every time I've been here they follow me around the store asking if I need help and pretend to organize the shelves as if I'm going to steal something. Okay whatever - I can understand it's easy to steal when everything is so packed together. But what really angered me was when the woman at the counter absolutely refused to help me find my UPS package. When the scanner wasn't showing anything with my name she and the owner insisted multiple times my package was not there. They sounded like a broken record - "If your name doesn't show up, we don't have your package." Giving them the benefit of the doubt that UPS falsely marked my package as ready, I came back the next day and once again received the same rude attitude and response from both of them. This time I insisted on checking the tracking numbers one by one and lo and behold I found my package - for whatever reason without my name. All it took was 10 seconds for the owner to find it in the back and after getting frustrated with the scanner the woman shoved my package towards me and told me I could leave now. I am completely baffled by the aggression and rude attitude from both of them for such a simple request, it came entirely out of nowhere. I don't understand why they couldn't admit they were wrong when it took so little effort on their part to find my package. Never coming back here again and I would warn others against redirecting their packages here.

I found a used skateboard, unfortunately I was missing some nuts & bolts. Marco was very helpful with matching me up with the missing hardware and tools to make things work properly

This is a great place! Super friendly employees! Thank you again to the guy who went above and beyond to help me today! I got my bathroom shelf home safely! The 49 did the trick! Haha.

If they don't have it you probably don't need it. There is a very helpful staff and a extensive inventory. There's a whole nother back up to the store that I never knew was there! I was standing in line waiting for my turn, a guy came in and needed a key cut, he was double parked, the clerk cut the key took his money and had the guy out of there in about 4 minutes. Outstanding!. UPDATE I return looking for a plumbing part the man found the exact part I needed and installed it for me so I could return an install the assembly. Five stars!
