Altho I am very thankful to have a CVS in the hood, the lack of customer service is astounding. The black man in particular is never friendly or helpful and acts put off when you ask for any help. I just got back from Sacramento and the CVS folks up at one location I visited were so kind, personable and helpful and made you feel like an old friend.Literally like day and night.Get it together SF.

Saturday june 18,2022 I stopped to buy flour. The only cashier working had no mask on, kept wiping her nose with her hand. No gloves. I left. After debating standing in line with 3 people ahead of me I decided I didn’t need what I planned in buying. No mask behind the plastic shield I wasn’t thrilled with. Wiping her nose was just too frightening.

I called to have some prescriptions transferred and filled while in San Francisco. Two days later some were still “in process”, so I called back to check on them. My call was answered by someone whose command of the English language was minimal at best. I was informed that these prescriptions, transferred from another pharmacy, had no refills (how does a prescription without any refills get transferred in the first place?) and that they were attempting to contact my doctor — yet somehow the CVS app shows two available refills for the prescription. It was all beyond the comprehension of the phone and obvious to me this store wouldn’t have the competence necessary to fill my order before I leave the city. I told the employee to forget it, cancel my order and re-stock the one prescription that had actually been filled. According to the app my order status remains unchanged and will obviously cause headaches when I get to my next stop where, witch any luck, I will find a pharmacy other than CVS without the astonishing incompetence of this one. Don’t waste your time on this place.

This place is seriously understaffed. I dropped by and tried to get my flu shot, advised to make an appointment in advance which I did and came back on the same day. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment time and was made to wait for more than 30 minutes. The lady at the pharmacy register counter told me the pharmacist was on the phone and she made me to wait for another 30 minutes. I spent more than 1 hour for just trying to get one shot. What’s the point of making an appointment ? Their service and the pharmacist/immunizer is very unprofessional. They don’t care about their customers. I wonder how this place is still in business. Never come to this CVS store again.

Yes they do
Clotrimazole cream 1% is sold in 0.5 oz tubes in the foot department and in 1 oz and larger tubes in the itch relief/first aid department and in the feminine hygiene department. I don't remember the prices, but the generic version is generally 30% to 50% less than brand name equivalents.
