This is the worst Home Depot I have ever been to. The shelves are always messy and disorganized, the employees move like a snail and never seem to care. This isn't about supply chain or the pandemic. This is about management and leadership.

After I placed an order on line , 7 sections of hand rails for a deck , website said they had 17 at the store , now they cancel 5 of the sections becouse there are only 2 in the store , 2 won’t do any good , I need to cancel the whole order so I call the number , it’s been 52 minutes that I been on hold and I haven’t solved this situation , WORST STORE - not telling how rude some of the associates are when I been at that store. I finish writing this , and still on hold .

Recently had a fantastic experience with one employee and a manager that were able to help get a product with a forklift that wasn't stocked. Have had not as good experiences but this one made up for it.

I don't think I could experience worst customer service if I intentionally tried. The women at customer service up and left in the middle of helping me for 15 minutes. The woman next to me at customer service let her phone ring for 7 minutes straight before picking the phone up and just hanging up immediately. She then took the phone off the ringer so that she couldn't be called again. The employees here are rude and not kind to anyone, except Christine, the cashier over by the pro checkout. She's the only redeeming factor about this entire store.
