My request to edit a photo of my mother and to put something like flowers as a border so it didn't show shape of a cut out picture was obviously asking too much. Also, incorrect name on Death certificate was just too much for them to correct. With $300 we would be happy to put an obituary online they said. Pfft, they want your money and that's all I saw. Not sure about others but that was my experience! Kind of like when ppl say they are there for you! Exactly what it says, there not here.
