Older guy working the counter tacked on a warranty to my purchase when I didn't ask for one. I get you have to make a quota or commission or whatever, but come on, that's a super shady business practice. Totally trying to exploit people who don't know better. Will probably avoid this location from now on.

Preordered MLB with this store a few months ago and they held my copy for me. After reading reviews it seems like some people might have been trying to purchase the game I preordered…I’m glad that the team here held to their guns and didn’t sell it on me! Thank you!! My son is very happy to have the last copy :) if you want a game…preorder! Simple as that! Thank you Mike for the amazing customer service as well!

Waited on line to check out behind 1 customer for 20 minutes while the manager ignored us instead of checking us out then after getting to register being told the game was unavailable even tho cashier said there was one available manager said they were saving that one UNBELIEVABLE be nice if cooperate did something about this store especially with all the 1 star reviews. Shop elsewhere

I went to this GameStop location today to pickup a preorder and was helped by the manager, Georgia. She was so helpful and answered all of my questions and even helped me find a used game I had been looking for, for what seems like forever! I’ve been coming to this location for years and have always been treated so well by the staff, but this girl went above and beyond to help me tonight and I really appreciated her help.
