Worst customer experience ever!! I take the trip to DQ for my family to pick up sundaes (one strawberry and two pineapple with wet walnuts), i then go all the way back home and my family notices there is no pineapple at the top of the sundae but I tell them it could be in the middle where the walnuts are. My mother eats some of the ice cream and concludes that there is no pineapple. I then call DQ and tell them the problem and they said they'll fix the mistake. I make the trip all the way back and the ice cream has melted even more it's basically a soup. They then tell me they can't give me new ice cream and they'll only give me some pineapple on the side since some of it was already ate (mind you only one of the pineapple sundaes was touched the other was just melted and I didn't even get an apology). I go back and tell my family and they are livid at the horrible customer service and the ice cream has already melted more. My family calls DQ and the employees are bad to us, the management is worse , and the owner is the worst. She is condescending rude and tells us "of course it's going to melt, it's ice cream" as if we don't know how ice cream works. Let me tell you lady, if someone takes multiple trips to your establishment for your mess up you would think you would be nicer. I can see why I've heard multiple bad things about you not just from friends but from other business owners as well. This establishment needs a culture change. Do better next time for your customers or eventually you won't have customers to serve.
