I normally have a very pleasant experience here. However, I called with a discrepancy on my bank statements and spoke with Liz who was rude and impatient. Clearly she did not want to be bothered.

I called to see if I can take money out without my card and just a drivers license and JENNIFER said yes come in no problem. I go in and it’s a completely different story and I have to call chase.com and all of a sudden I can’t do anything.... WASTE OF MY TIME, thanks Jennifer! 🥴
