This kid delivering the mail can't even close the mailbox! I put a camera in it. He doesn't even try. Curly red headed male. I've had multiple items stolen. Hence why I put a camera. You can't even talk to the postmaster. Close the door!! USPS needs to pay for my stolen mail!

The people at the Rogue River Post office are wonderful. They are always so polite, patient, and helpful. On occasion I have witnessed them taking abuse from rude and selfish customers and they have taken it with poise. I do appreciate our little Post office in Rogue River.

The older woman that was working at this Rogue River Post Office was horrible. She had no customer service skills, she was extremely unpleasant and rude (she obviously hates herself and her life). I explained to her that I needed some tape for my package and she refused to help me or give me some tape. I told her the Grants Pass post office does it all the time and she replied, “You should go there then.” I ship multiple packages a week with USPS with the business that I own and I will NEVER go back to the Rogue River Post Office. I wish I had the lady’s name so I could turn her in.

I love the Rogue River Post Office. I definitely recommend coming here for passport needs. The ladies who work here are great, informing and friendly. I've never had a passport before so I wasn't sure how long it would take. It took about 10 minutes in total and the woman who helped me with my paperwork was very warm and friendly. If it wasn't a factor of distance, I would definitely use this location as my regular post office. Thank you for the positive experience and easy process to file my passport application!

Appointment only Monday-Friday 10:30-3:30
You go to your post office you walk in and put your key in your post office box you turn the key and open it up and take your mail out and you lock it back up and you walk out with your mail
You can go online and correct the forms that you submitted. They probably rotate the work that needs to be done there, so I would just go in and ask to talk to the postmaster and explain what happened. But again go online and into the information about your change of address
Appointment only Monday-friday 10:30-3:30
