I came here for my son, 4 months old with a horrible cough, I waited for 20 minutes before they told me they were sold out when they could have called me and told me to save me the trip, on top of that I asked them where I can get it from and they were too ‘bus to check. Spare yourself.

Worthless. Absolutely worthless and rude. They should be ashamed of the service they are providing the community at the pharmacy. I have never been there when waiting online that a pharmacist has not be argumentative with at least one customer when filling a prescription. Rather than being consultative they are dismissive. Patient welfare is not a concern for them, nor is customer satisfaction. They have a captive audience due to the large volume of apartments that surround their location. This is a high volume store. I’m sure that’s recognized. However, they are endangering their clients. It’s easier for them for turn out prescriptions and get prescriptions re-written putting ownership on the customers, than working with a customer, their doctor and or insurance company to get a prescription filled when needed. If you are doing business here for an ongoing prescription you are at risk. There are several close pharmacies in the area including another CVS with good customer service thank can better service you.
