Can’t speak for the quality of these apartments yet since I haven’t moved. But my experience communicating with leasing agent Lisa has been wonderful. She has been available to answer all my questions promptly throughout the process of securing an apartment from out of state. I’m very thankful and I hope living here turns out to be a great decision. Update: 10/4/22 So far I’m really enjoy living here. Maintenance has been super responsive whenever I’ve needed something addressed. One time I left my keys inside my apartment after hours and had a person from maintenance opening my apartment door in less than 20 minutes. Thank you guys for the work you do!

I was trying to inquire about the apt and the lady who answered my call was so rude they actially hang up on me and when I called again she said the phone just fell and that happens. That was she said. I wish they can just apologize instead!

What are the renting requirements? What do they look for? 2.5x the rent? 3? Credit score above what?

For a two bedroom I remember it's an income of 50+ but I don't remember the exact amount, but this was two years ago and yes they check your credit

Can I rent the garage monthly? I mean I have already lived here for about 6 months so far within 1 year contract. Can I still get an select a garage nearby my unit and pay monthly, and cancle the garage rent whenever I want?
