HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered my food and paid extra for additional shrimp for my Pho. It was delivered, not only was the steak missing but so was the shrimp they charge 3.99 extra for. I called down there and the person who answered said there was NOTHING HE COULD DO. I asked about remaking it and was told no they can't do that. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE CROOKS!!! WAY OVER PRICED AND YOU DON'T EVEN GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.

The guy at the register, had no customer service at all. Was rude over the phone and when picking up, didn’t even want to get up from his chair to attend us, definitely not a place I’m coming back

Asked for extra noodles and extra meat. Paid extra and didn't extra meat Asked if there was hoisen sauce and siracha sauce in the box. He said yes. There was none. The noodles were over cooked and soup was bland . The worst pho I've eaten. Do not come here unless you want to get ripped off. Eaten pho since a child and by far the worst I ever eaten. I threw 90% of it away.
