I love the staff here Veronica and Leticia are my favorites though. They are hard working people who put up with all sorts of customers... ALLL SORTS! I give them props. And everyone else who works at this location and still has a smile on there face by the end of the day congratulations to you for being an awesome human being. If ever my drink doesn't taste quite right they will fix it with a smile. That is great customer service. (Some places will fix it and huff and puff, frown and be mad) Just great human beings to be around.

Way too slow for coffee, especially too slow for a standardized company. Not even busy. Very inefficient. There's two people behind the counter. No sense of teamwork. They don't appear to like their job either. AND, the order ahead of me was wrong. I almost had to leave without my drink, they were SO slow. I won't be back.

The lady that helped me out seemed nice at first but when i was telling her what drinks i wanted she ringed me up and was in a rush to tell me what my amount was when i wasn't done because i had more to order. After ordering the rest of my order and i gave the cashier my money she gave me change but throw my recipe at me. Now the lady that was making my drinks didnt fill the drinks up all the way and put the Carmel drizzle under the whipped cream on one of the drinks. I didnt feel very happy with my order and i love Starbucks, but this Starbucks will not get my service ever again im sorry. I hope they can get it together later in the future with Starbucks.

Gateway Fred Myers Starbucks - bugs on the pastries! Upon ordering drinks my 6 year old loudly announced there were ants and fruit flies all up in the case of pastries at in the front. There were alot! I get it.. It's hot today.. But like, 10-20 of them crawling on the food and flying all over inside! Looking closer, I asked the barista if those foods were just for display or if they were selling those. She told me the bottom row was for sale foods. We told here there were bugs all in the case and that she shouldnt sell that food to people, and she no joke stuck the end of a very dirty vacuum hose inside and vaccumed them up! Annoyed, she then hurriedly took her lunch, ditched her shift partner with a line of people, and left. We told the other barista about the bugs.. And asked if she was going to continue selling that food to customers. She said she was going to take the food out and let her manager know about the incident. 🤢

If we are talking about the Fred Meyers Starbucks, there are no seats around the kiosk. There is, however, a deli area with seating a short distance away within the store.
