I pulled in behind someone that all the employee must have known and I had to wait for everyone to finish the meaningless conversation to get skipped in line and still had to wait a whole 10 min and they still forgot half my order and to top it all off the young lady that took my order offered to comp my order but the RUDE manager came and said NO I don’t care how long she waited she had to pay… SO I paid. NO problem with paying but the attitude was unthinkable.. SMH never in a million years I would have thought she’d be so mean and I’m the one who was skipped in line and SHE told me never to come back because I said the service could have been better… I thought the customer was away right.. I guess not here.. 😢😢😢

The customer service was top notch. Very nice and friendly. The black coffee I ordered was watered down unfortunately. There's usually a more robust taste to black coffee. Wasn't what I was expecting but I still drank it.

I’m from the Midwest so I have been dying to try Dutch Bros for ages. I was finally able to on my trip to Portland this week and it was so good I came back 3 times. The baristas are super friendly, the service is quick, and even their pre-packaged muffins are delicious. Just be aware that the default milk is half and half, I did not realize until the third day lol
