Both cashier and manager are very very rude, did not know how to communicate with customer in courteous and respectful way and began arguing and talking over me. Prior to this, they told me I could wait 20 minutes for meat, I stepped out for 2 minutes to get something in my car and they locked the doors so myself and others were waiting outside for our orders. Very rude and unprofessional customer service.

Got a Southwest Salad and found four of the items listed as in the salad were missing. I didn't get any corn relish, pico de gallo, chipotle dressing, or leaf lettuce. I did get lack luster tomatoes, romaine lettuce, red onions and chicken. The chicken was good but wouldn't order again.

I made an order for pick up when I arrived the doors were locked the employees were inside cleaning and they close the store down two hours early before their actual scheduled time I knocked on the door they politely ignored me they didn’t even have the decency to come to the door to let me know what was going on and apologize for the inconvenience my card was charged for the full amount and I have yet to receive a refund. I thought it was extremely rude that these people didn’t have the common decency to come to the door so I took photos of them ignoring me just to prove how rude these people are.

While I enjoy the food served at all Boston Market locations. This is the one location consistently closed at 11. If you have no time constraints, come back at 12 they might actually have food to serve.
