Mice and Roaches .. overpriced...don't waste your time ... leasing office rude (except Dan) ....did I mention mice and Roaches?.... hallways and elevators generally unsanitary ...no in unit washer or dryer.... overpriced laundry...did I mention mice and Roaches?

*** reply was showing I didn't bring it up to management. I did many times, and so did other residents. The issue wasn't addressed and they had the audicity to try to raise my rent. I'm trying to warn others. Convenient it is on 2 bus routes. Leasing office was nice. I had mice for so long and they could not get rid of them. They even tried raising my rent when it was time to renew. Kids running around the hallways screaming at all hours. Think 10 times before moving here. I wasted so much money on traps and throwing out food. I couldn't even keep bread on the counter overnight! Would give 0 stars if I could.

This is the worst apartment complex that I have lived at. I had multiple things broken in my apartment when I moved in when they told me everything was all set to start. The pricing on rent and laundry are both terribly over priced for a normal apartment complex. The residence are also extremely loud and disrespectful of everyone around them. I had neighbors that will wake me up at 2:00 am when I asked politely to stop they wrote a vulgar note with a large amount of swears and curse words.

It's a big community with all channels of connectivity. This community has near schools, grocery stores, Walmart, walgreens, Roche Brothers, daily mart. Frequent connectivity to Quincy center red line with 225 bus.
