Shelves needed stocked, example the milk was 70% empty. Back by the produce dept there is an awful smell. Hope they get rid of the oder once construction is done. Better off going to a different Russ's till that happens. Handicapped parking is a block away from the door to go into the store.

It’s fine. Has most of what you need at a decent enough price. Don’t go after dark, and mind your Ps and Qs. The worst part of this store is the staff, especially checkout staff. There’s always lines 3-5 people deep, and they never seem to have more than one or two people working the registers, yet there’s always people stocking shelves during peak hours, seems odd to me. Hopefully the construction makes the store better; the parking lot needs a lot of help.

I love the morning caller she's so grandma and helpful and loves to talk just like me. As well as the woman in charge of the bakery. Please find them a donut fryer stat that's the only reason I didn't give 5 stars

The employee at window as I was in drive the was very impatient he was rushing me and assumed after every item I ordered I was finished. He like huff and puffed like it was torture taking an order. I went to first window to pay him and he was even rude there. I always have problems with the employees at this locations
