Don't go to the 9th and south location a half hour before they close. They turned away at least 3 cars saying they just sold the last chicken they had for the night.

I know KFC can get a bad rap, but they are consistently the best fried chicken, and they innovate. Too many other places are stuck in the 80s with their menus. Make fun if you want, but I'll keep going.

The food is excellent, unfortunately there service is not at this soecific location. I asked for all drums with my 3piece combo and still got the 2 thighs and only one drum. Then to top it off my fries weren’t in the box and my Mac and cheese was cold. The manager was very rude about the situation and asked me to drive back across town for the fries and didn’t offer anything to oblige there mistake. Very disappointed with the service.

Went at 9pm, a full hour before close. No one answered the drive-thru for 10 minutes. Pulled up to window and no one was there. Attempted to go in the lobby and it was locked. No signs showing an early close or any explanation. Calling the store just repeatedly got the busy tone.
