Flynn's Tire & Auto Service - New Castle

So last week I made a appointment for 7/25/22. Because I live in Pittsburgh but my mom was helping financially get my car fixed and she lives in New castle. I explained to the gentleman when I made the appointment at 10 am that I was coming from Pittsburgh and I needed my car so I could get back for work he promised and guaranteed my appointment and said sure it would be done . I get there this morning before 10 hand my keys over and the man said 2 hours my car should be done great so me and my mom leave to go eat and do a few things. I call at 12:30 and they NEVER EVEN STARTED ON MY CAR. I get there at 1pm an my car still wasn't started on. I asked for my keys back and never again will I ever deal with flynns worst customer service. And after I told them thanks I had to call off from both my jobs and lost alot of money today they had the audicty to try to give me a coupon for my next visit I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN!

I had a slow leak and a tire thank goodness I got the road Warranty the tire was replaced immediately and I was out there in half an hour from beginning to end nice... nice people thank you guys

There was an oil change appointment for 10 AM and the vehicle wasn’t ready to be picked up until 1:30 PM. I know that they said that they were behind today but just wanted to make you aware that situation occurred.

Went down last second. like 4:20pm. they close @ 5. had a mild concern about my alignment. they took my car right then and there no question. took em 30 minutes flat. just awesome. I know what I did deserved no service as the alignment rack is always booked, yet I got what i sought! my results not typical do not expect this to happen frequently!
