Maybe it depends which counselor helps you but at least for me, the counselor was rude and told me many times he was busy. There was a delay in setting the date of service due to his being out of the office and no one else being able to help. Even when I tried to upgrade the purchase, he was too busy to do the work. Then he delayed even emailing forms to start designing the inscription until I emailed and texted him repeatedly. When I asked for someone else who had more time, he said he could refer me to someone else but they would only call me once they had time and they had their own work to do so it might even take them longer to get to me AND he was very rude in tone. The day of the service, there were bulldozers moving crypts around and clumps of dirt near our canopy. Overall, not a good experience. I wish I would have selected a different cemetery when I pre-purchased.

Very peaceful and nice place. Road so thin and hardly pass from the cars who parked.

HORRIBLE DISRESPECTFUL PEOPLE!!! This is the most disgusting place I have every visited in my life they have horrible staff that have absolutely no empathy or compassion at all. I went to visit my dads grave on Father’s Day, this cemetery is two hours from me and my siblings. I show up and there’s wood covering my dads stone, I ask someone for help and they claim to have called the office, assured me my dads stone was still under and they were calling ground people to have it moved so I could visit my dad and clean his stone. I stood there in the sun for 40 minutes and still no one had come. I called the office myself and told them they had ten minutes to come and move it or I was moving it myself, of course no one showed up so I started moving everything myself. My fathers stone was not there, it was thrown on the side far away face down in a pile of mud and dirt. They didn’t even have the decency to call me before and notify me. So that olí didn’t get caught of guard, or drive two hours to go and visit my dads stone, or have the decency to tell me the truth after I waited there for 40 minutes. Then I go to the office to talk to someone and supposedly they “don’t have a supervisor or manager” after I explained to the girl in the front desk who told me to “calm down and go sit down” that I was not leaving until I spoke to someone she went to hide in the back office for another 30 minutes with the lobby packed of people and did not come out and deal with the problem. Everyone could hear them through the doors talking and laughing but she just left everyone there and did not come out. After thirty minutes I finally left after how disgusted I was. Cowardly, rude and disrespectful people all they care about is the money clearly.

I ordered a flower for my loved one. The flowers were delivered and drop off the flower room of the cemetery. They didn't bring my flowers to the grave site because they don't have employees. They charge so much money for service they don't even do their job.

Yes you need to go through the office ,I had a friend who bought 9 lots from someone but end dealing with the office to finish the deal
It's hard to get green grass in the valley, it's so hot that it would take so much water to get and maintain it green. The drought is partially to blame. I have loved ones in Long Beach at All Souls Cemetery and the weather is much cooler and the grass is much greener.

Pierce bros has more than one cemetery. They may even have contractual agreements with cemeteries in other states as it is not that uncommon to transfer a loved ones remains to another state. This is usually done under probate law and the execution of final wills and testaments if the deceased specifically wanted to be buried in a specific place. So you would need to ask the administration of Pierce Brothers first.
