I wish i could give less than one star. Brought my dog in because she wasn’t eating for two days. I stated this to the doctor as well as the fact that she started coughing the morning that I brought her in which she hadn’t been doing prior. I also told them that her skin is inflamed and I noticed lumps on her body. They did absolutely NOTHING to relieve her or treat her skin and only gave her antibiotics and appetite stimulator. 6 days and $2500 later I am getting ready to take her to the ER because blue cross still can’t tell me ANYTHING. I am hurt and disgusted. I’ve had this dog since she was 9 weeks old and at 9 years old she suffering. God know I regret bringing my helpless dog and my disabled veteran funds here. I will NEVER come back here.

I have been going to them for 40 years! Ive had cats and dogs during that time and they've helped me care for all of them. All the Doctors are great and have seen me through some very difficult illnesses with them. The support staff are great as well.

No parking, always packed, expensive and not sure I will use them again. Customers are angry. Never enough people working. Pretty standard at most vets. Tried to charge me $35 for antibiotic cream for a hot spot on her leg. Refused that. When I said I will just get neosporin they tried to tell me stuff for people don’t work for dogs. lol. Whatever. Two applications of neosporin and it was clear. Dr was good and very thorough but wow. Not cheap at all. Rx was $135 a month. Need to find an alternative.

Be careful they only care about how to take more money from you.

Questions & Answers

My dog has Addison disease and needs to check heart/lung. Does the hospital do special work for that?

They may. All the doctors are excellent. I advise you to speak candidly and voice your concerns. If they are not able to help, they can refer you to a vet who specializes. I have had that experience in the past. I am grateful they did. Hope your doggie gets the medical attention he/she needs.

we have a stray cat that we think is sick. She is hard to get close to. How can we bring her in for treatment? She freaks out if I touch her.

Get a carrier for her to transport her in. Or call 211 and the City will come out and set a trap for you. Good luck.

In comparison to other places, yes. But still, if it's a bit expensive for certain things, like every doctor. I recommend you call and they can give you details on the service you are looking for. I hope you help, ma'am. _ Thanks for clarifying that vital information, Dave Barber
