Called for an appointment first week of the month but still have not been in there with my appointment scheduled for the 28th.

I know they repair European products. Subaru is a Japanese product. I'd search for a shop that specializes in Japanese cars.

We have always had great service and quality work. Always great value. Paul and his team are first class. Not sure what the problem is with the hood on your car but I expect European Auto will do everything to make it right.
