Had a problem with my bill... Owner called in a timely fashion and personally resolved my issue. It was a simple clerical error. We have always had the same driver and he is polite and respectful. Delivery is usually in 3-5 days which is standard for this industry. Would have give 4.5 stars, however since I can't, I would opt up instead. They have only once had to reschedule for for a fill the following day, but I was first on the list that morning. Overall, better than my previous supplier, who I won't name. Would recommend.

If I could give 0 starts I would. We have had AC propane for over a year, not once have they ever been on time, they never give you a correct estimate of when they will show. This last time they told me there was a "recall" on my tank they needed to pick mine up and then replace it. That took 4 days and then they decide to call me and say they aren't coming back that my business is not working out for them, so they leave me with a tank that you literally use for a BBQ and tell me to find someone else. I can't believe how unprofessional this company is not to mention how dangerous this is so now I'm having to contact a lawyer. You know exactly who I am Dave you just got off the phone with me again at 8:30 trying to say we did not have a lease agreement on the tank for a year. But its ok I will just have my husband write a review under his name so you can have another horrible review to collect.
