Worst experience I’ve ever had in an emergency room. Brought in my 11 month old with a severe allergic reaction, he had welts that were spreading up his entire body and a fever. Waited in the waiting area for way too long while holding my screaming baby, until finally we were brought back to a room with another man. The man was treated for a hurt hand, while my baby is still screaming this whole time. Meanwhile another patient gets brought in, and gets seen by a doctor right away- I hear the doctor tell her that her ankle just looks sprained. Still no one came to check on us. Ended up leaving two hours later because I couldn’t stand to wait there any longer and not be seen, trying to calm down my baby who was just getting worse. Trios is much better, and can actually prioritize patients who have emergencies. Pull yourselves together, Kadlec.

HORRIBLE! Walked in at 10:10 am. Saw only one other person waiting to be seen. Reception took my info and then sat me down. Waited about 15 20 minutes to be called by triage nurse. She was rude and condensing. Sat back down as people started pouring in. 2 and a half hours later I'm still sitting there. Did not see one nurse call anybody in the entire time. (Maybe I missed this, but I sure didn't see it) all I saw was triage after triage, (usually about 15 mins after checking in) but no one being called back. Finally decided to leave because I certainly was not going to wait another hour and then another hour in the room. I walked up to the receptionist and handed her the clip board she had me hold on to and took my papers and told her I was leaving...this is ridiculous. She asked if I was coming back...I said nope. As I turned to walk out I heard her tell the security guard sitting there...it's just an L&I claim. WTH!? Never again will I go here. I wasn't the only one getting upset either. Several others walked out after complaining.

I’m newly pregnant and was having heart palpitations and increased blood pressure while at work. Kadlec got me in immediately, and I was provided prompt and excellent care from Tracy, Nicole, Carson and Dr. Loera! They ran tests and blood work to help get me in and out and back home to rest. The staff was professional and caring, I myself work in healthcare and was impressed with my treatment at this freestanding emergency room. Would absolutely recommend, especially for urgent cardiac needs!

WORST ER EXPERIENCE! Came into the ER because my one year old had a high fever and was having trouble breathing! The check in lady was the absolute worst most rude person ever. She asked me what was the reason for visit and I started telling her my daughter had a high fever had turned purple and was having trouble breathing. Before I could finish my sentence she turned around and started talking to her coworker about her left over lunch. I was shocked she then turned back around to me and started asking my daughters information and just had the worst attitude ever.. I told my husband to take a seat with my daughter while I continued to check in. He started walking to the right side and the lady starts saying “hey hey this way” then points to the left side of room and says “fevers are on this side” I then told her it wasn’t just a fever my daughter is having trouble breathing, she answers “yeah I heard you.” Clearly she was too busy talking to her coworker about her left over chicken. And keeps telling me yeah I can’t write all of that on the notes and asks me to wait and take a seat. We wait for 1 hour to be taken into a room where I have now been waiting for 2 more hours and nobody has came to check in on us. This is not a “ER” I would never recommend this place to anyone..
