I am AMAZED! The cleanliness, merchandize, and the customer service center is the "best kept secret" of all the departments stores in the region. The floors are clean enough to eat off of, and the bathrooms squeeky clean too! It's also an Amazon drop off and return center so you can shop and makes returns with ease. They have their own parking lot so there's plenty of parking with disignated hanidcap parking with ramps and electronic door access. Check them out! The best kept secret in the south suburbs.

They're usually pretty good about customer service...when you return to store..request to speak to the mgr. I'm sure they'll correct it and offer you a discount
I think so, the last time I went, they were bringing the winter clothes out.
