if you are delivering there and have to wait for an appointment I believe they do. it's a fairly big parking lot so if on edge or far from store like near road they may not bother you. I wouldn't park and leave truck though if that's what you meant.

If the controller was purchased from Walmart they will replace it as long as you can prove that it was purchased there. Would recommend going there with the receipt in hand. They have a "can refund products with or without receipt" but some restrictions apply, many of which I am unaware of.
