I give it 5 stars. I haven't been there in a while. Service late night was spot on went thru the drive-in ordering was easy good communication my order was ready in less than 2 minutes. Great Colonel Sanders Taste. Service was so good I went again the next day. Same great service and the food was great. Good clean fast service restaurant.

Way overpriced, no specials. I used EBT but they charged tax which they are not supposed to do! Food was average at best and the staff could use a few lessons on interacting with the public...

Customer Service was pretty pathetic. Ordered 3 meals 2 of which were bowls, one mac&cheese bowl and one mashed potato bowl Ordered sodas. When read the order back to us she said 2 mashed bowls so when tried to correct the bowls she suddenly says we don't have mac&cheese. Ok so just 2 mashed bowl combos and she tried to charge for 4. When corrected again to just 2 then the sodas were removed. Only got 1 of 4 sodas and told them at window it should have been 4 total. Worker says receipt only has 1 soda. Not a problem, asked to charge for 3 more sodas he repeats 2, say no 3, again repeats 2, say 3 again and he said I already ran your card for 2. Asked him to run again then for other soda. All our sodas we ordered were Medium. We get 4 small ones. Asked why and he says we're out of medium cups. Ok but you didn't say that and mentioned if charged for Med then should up size not down it since paid for Med size. He then says they're out of Med and Large cups. Hello...why not tell ppl that when they're ordering instead of just charging for whatever size they request and then just giving small. Food was ok but chicken tenders were slimy in the middle and not cooked through.
