Worst customer service! Here with my family tonight. After paying $110 for 4 pizza’s and two drinks and a salad, we were ignored. So here it goes. We order a salad with no cheese plus other foods. We sit down and the waiting starts. Kids starving. They bring the salad. Great. We are all starving and Halfway through, I realize they didn’t add feta but did add flaked Parmesan. I didn’t realize it till we were pretty into it. So I got up and went and asked for another salad and they said I had to give them the salad to get another one but my kids were munching on it because they were hungry. I didn’t want to pull it from them. They can eat cheese but I can’t. I order the salad! The girl said ok and walked away. We waited and waited. Pizza came. Dessert came and nothing. We are now done and the salad never came. So we asked the manager to just refund the salad and he refused because he said the hungry kids ate half. I said, we understand but you need to right your wrong. I could have gotten sick eating a salad that I asked to not contain dairy. He said he could only give me a gift card for $10 for next time and I said we will never be back and he said great and walked away. So if you go here and pay for over priced food be prepared that if they mess up you are not important or cared for.

Honestly it's not the same anymore, I would pass on going here for now on. The Delray one is a bit nicer service and have more than beer and wine. The people are a bit nicer over there as well. I used to really like coming here, my house is in Sherman Oaks, but I think I am going to have to pass and find a cool new pizza spot.
