Excellent martial arts studio ! I have been going to Larry Ammons martial arts since 1981 and the training is excellent . My son is now going with me now after a 20 year break for me . He loves it and Larry Ammons martial arts is great for the whole family . It is very affordable and has been in the same location for over 50 years . I highly recommend working out here .

This place is open! Come Tuesdays or Thursdays between 7 pm and 8:30 pm to sign up. After going for a few months, I would definitely recommend this gym!
