We ate at the Fernwood Inn last night with friends. We were a bit apprehensive after reading some of the reviews, but kept our reservation anyway. It turned out to be the best seafood Alfredo I've ever had. So. much seafood I was unable to finish it there. Each of the four of us enjoyed our meal very much. The service was friendly and prompt with greeting/drinks/delivery of meals/etc. We would definitely return as there were a number of items on the menu we would have liked to try, but simply couldn't fit them. I feel badly for the people who left the poor reviews because we couldn't find a single thing to complain about. They missed the true Fernbrook experience.

Our second experience at Lum's. The first was breakfast and today was dinner. The food was outstanding, the service spot on. The atmosphere casual and charming. Looking forward to lunch.

By far the best seafood in the area...hands down. Everything is fresh and homemade. I had the Maryland crab bisque soup, amazing. Both of us had lobster, I had the warm water and my friend had the 19oz, yes 19oz cold water lobster.. they we both cooked to perfection and were precisely and skillfully prepared and served butterfly style. There is literally no where, including Caribbean Islands, where we have had a more decadent lobster, not to mention the soup and sides were beyond delicious!!!! A hidden gem of a restaurant.
