It connects you to random people who are available which means they are not under any management. I called and politely asked they’re prices and the lady started yelling at me. When I told her I would speak to my boyfriend since she couldn’t give me any prices because they have to see your car in order to price it she hung up. So I called back and told the next person someone just had been rude to me and he was like yeah well get over it. At that point I hung up and decided to go with another company. They treat you like trash cuz theirs no one there to supervise they do their job correctly.
