Although I was satisfied with the haircut, I do not recommend the place. When I scheduled the appointment, I asked the person if I could bring my six-month-old with me. She told me that this would not be a problem. When I arrived at the Joel C Ma Hair Studio, a man at the reception was terribly rude and non-welcoming to my baby (by the way, he is the Hair Studio's owner). The woman who was supposed to cut my hair has then asked where I would put the stroller, and I've suggested placing it by my side, but with enough space for her to work. The Hair Studio's owner has roughly reacted, telling me to live the stroller with the baby at about 9 feet behind me, in a position where I would not see him, and he would also not see me. He was rude in front of all the other clients, and it was very embarrassing for everyone. "You can't place the stroller there! WE HAVE TO WORK!" he said. I told him I wouldn't leave the stroller behind me and the hairstylist told me I could place it where I had suggested it. The outcome: the stroller has not disturbed anyone, and my baby was absolutely well behaved all the time. Some adults should learn with babies how to behave well :)

incredible experience here. i've never left a salon completely satisfied - until today! juan was the first stylist that's actually listened and worked with me to get my hair exactly the way I envisioned it. i'm truly grateful!
