This question kind of made me laugh because its not a big mystery, Bi-Mart is a very professional and customer friendly store that takes good care of both their customers and their employees. Of course they're observing safe distancing practices and ask that everyone wear masks in the store. Isn't that what all the responsible businesses are doing?
