They have a variety but in my way this is very much my way of thinking when people want to help help and more so when there are quantities the girl treated me very well plus the manager did not give me an alternative of two days to have several packages of roses of 40 8 packages of 25 roses it was 10 o'clock in the morning on Thursday and I asked for them at the last minute to close and Saturday and he said he couldn't. That's why I say it's my way of thinking for sure I OSEA NOT THE GEREMTE. I RESOLVE THE CUSTOMER AND EVEN IF I MAKE A CHARGE FOR THE QUICKNESS BUT I OFFER HIM THE POSSIBILITY

Questions & Answers

I am a regular customer, but the last two times I have gone to buy Roses they have come out of terrible quality. What's going on?

Hi Claudia We are sorry for the bad experiences We sell hundreds of packages a week It can sometimes happen that the flowers, being a natural product, have quality problems Many factors affect quality, from its origin on the farm, transportation, arrival and sudden changes in temperature. All our flowers are guaranteed if you have a problem we change them with the purchase receipt It is important to cut the stems when putting them in water, avoid heat and change the water frequently. Thanks for the info
