I came in because I was having issues with my iPhone screen. They told me the cost & that I Would have to wait until later in the afternoon that the screen would be delivered by the distributor. I called 4 hours later & they then told me it would not be possible today but tomorrow at noon. I called the next day at noon and they told me that the distributor was about to get there any second. I called again three hours later at which point They were not coming to the song because obviously they could see my number on the caller ID. They finally answered after I kept calling. I was in on hold for four minutes and got hung up on. The owner then called me back and asked me what screen it was that I needed. At this point he should’ve already known that if he was waiting for it. He then told me that he would have it in an hour and a half. I called elsewhere and found somebody that had the screen and it will be done in an hour. This is the type of business that gives MiAmi a bad name they don’t take their customers seriously

This is been the most scared experience in my life I was waiting for my phone and I noticed something wrong with the screen and when I try to tell the guy about it he almost hit my face I call the police and was the mos shocked experience in my life 🤕

I took an iPad in for a screen replacement the price itself is not bad compared to other places I do give them that. However their job was horrible when I went to pick it up and the guy gave it to me it was already ungluing itself on one corner. I told him about it and he said sorry let me look at it he took it to the back again came back it was supposedly glued back on I took it home and in less than a week the whole screen had come un-glued. I had to take it to another guy who did the job correctly he told me that they had used crazy glue on it which is not usually used on iPads and that they were the ones that damaged my on and off button because the glue had seeped into that button so now the on and off is basically useless I have to turn on my iPad with the circle home button. All in all a horrible job I do not recommend them at all.
