Your location at 314 N University Dr, Pembroke Pines, FL 33024 hasn't followed proper protocol. Your employee acquired personal banking information regarding an ongoing wire fraud/wage theft. I brought this to AMSCOT's attention to be transparent, since I wasn't able to cash a check at another facility not affiliated w/AMSCOT. My former employer has been writing checks that can't be cleared, however I was finally able to get a 'Cashiers Check'. Took it up to your location from Miami, with the intention to get information to bring to local law enforcement. Serena, Sade and most importantly Kyle were compassionate and willing to help me throughout the last two weeks. Unfortunately, from my initial contact over the phone/in-person Ashley was not willing to help. I already have to deal with the former employer's haphazard accounting and lack of business ethics. Now, I'm going to have to get a credit freeze from all 3 bureaus, since my information and matter at hand was mishandled. I will not apologize for using profanity. I really hope no patron wastes their time at this place. It's full of BS just like my former employer and hopefully won't go through what I've experienced. Which has been a nightmare to say the least and will never use or recommend your services.

For now a place where we can rely on a loan, just tell you that many times I get bills that cannot be read by an ATM and I have to return to change them converted from having a Bill detector to avoid these inconveniences.

This place is extremely slow. The girls at this job do not want to work they sit around in the back while people are waiting. One woman with curly black hair had to handle me and another customer it took twice as long because the other employees rather sit in the back than help her. I wonder who hired or manages these employees to ensure customers are addressed. I wanted to make sure it was known you will be waiting a very long time TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BY THIS COMPANY.

It was my first time of getting a loan at amscot , Solamare I'm not sure if I got her name right and Kyle were so helpful to me today they made my experience less stressful and I thank you both .
