I sent a package a year ago and because of the manifest they didn't send it, they could never pick it up at the Cuban post office. I got tired of calling and they didn't answer me and I communicated through WhatsApp and even so they never gave me an answer even though I sent the shipment number.

From Hollywood in Broward County to Hialeah Garden was about 39 minutes trip and it's was worth it. I sent 3 packages in May today September 10, 4 months later nothing has arrived ... I hope that when everything is normalized they will saw that nobody goes to those thieves ... delay but they continue to take and collect packages ... thieves
