Unfortunately the product that I payed for was not what I ordered. On top of that, the discount that I was offered for the missing pieces and decorations was that of five dollars. It was like adding insult to injury. Their solution was to offer me a refund, knowing that this arrangement was for prom night. They could have notified me days before that the product that I payed for would be missing pieces (decorations not flowers). Furthermore, the arrangement was much smaller than what they advertise on their website and the flowers where a little wilted. On principle, I could not take the product they wanted me to accept as a finished piece. I got a refund and proceeded to try to create a corsage at the last minute. If you are going to order from them, stay away from the corsage named “A Night to Remember”.

I was trying to support a local florist and saw this one had good reviews. Ordered delivery online last night for Mother’s Day but did not receive confirmation. Called to confirm order today and was hung up on twice. Called again and store answered without greeting and I waited for two minutes while they spoke with another customer. Called back 5 more times and phone was “off the hook”. Since I’m ordering from out of town, I can’t go in person. I’m going to have to call my credit card company directly as I’m unable to contact the store or even leave a voicemail. Update: following posting of this message, I was contacted by the owner. They apologized and agreed to cancel my order.
