Placed an order, they charged for it. Instead of delivering it they cancelled the order the day it was supposed to be delivered and didn´t refund the money. The don´t answer mails, messages nor phone calls either.

They cancelled my order the day of, anniversary flowers were supposed to be delivered. I ordered in advance. I tried calling, says "Text Me". I text them, and they don't respond to anything I am saying. Then I get an email after the day is done that it's been refunded. Kind of put a damper on my Anniversary...

Absolutely horrible. STAY AWAY. I was quoted $70 for a custom arrangement prior to it being made, and once completed, it was beautifully done but I did notice that some petals and leaves were wilted and brown, and they are not the freshest flowers. Then, when I was about to pay, I was told it was $98. I was confused and the overweight guy who works there said "Honey you need to learn to listen better, the arrangement is not $70 and I never said it was. We added extra greenery and flowers for you" so I expressed that I heard him say $70 and I did not request any extras so I should not be charged for that and had I known from the beginning that it would cost more than the initial quote I probably wouldn't have purchased them since the flowers themselves were not in the best condition. The man demanded that I pay for the flowers since they already made them into an arrangement for me, and he called me a B***ch and used additional profanity towards me simply because I was skeptical of going through with the purchase. He also said, "Fine pay $70 but don't ever come back here". After him calling me names and being disrespectful, I made up my mind and was absolutely not going to give this place any business of mine. I walked away to my car empty-handed and the man followed me and took a picture of my license plate and appeared to be making a phone call. Overall, this place upcharges, and overcharges for very poor quality products and extremely poor customer service. I ended up buying a beautiful arrangement with FRESH flowers from Whole Foods that day and am so happy I did not give Angela's Flowers a cent of my money.
