Roaches everywhere, in our food and on the table. Owner only offered a free dessert and did not take the entrees off the bill. Wait staff was great and very attentive and kind, but due to the pests i will not be going back nor recommend this place to ANYONE. Would give this place 0 stars if i could.

Food is okay, no worse or better than the competition. I'm not one to leave a bad review on a regular basis but last night just really annoyed me. This is the second time they've messed up our order. The first time, they forgot our fries, I called, they sent the fries out within 20 minutes or so. Last night our order arrives, again, missing the fries. We call, they say the driver forgot to give them to us and they'd have him return. 90 minutes later the driver returns with cold fries that smell like fish. At this point I'm already done with my sandwich and don't even want the fries, thankfully, considered they stunk and were ice cold. If you don't want to keep separate oil for fries, don't sell them because not everyone eats seafood and the smell was nauseating. We will not be ordering from them again. We gave them two chances, they screwed up both. There are plenty of other places in the area who do get it right and when they don't, they go out of their way to make it right. I'd rather give them my money.

I'm the lady that paints the windows at via napoli's, the food has always been delicious, and they graciously feed each time we paint, maybe they just had a bad day, we all have them. The owner EJ is the sweetest most helpful guy, just call him he will make it right I'm sure
