I found an item on their website and went to the store to purchase it. However, the sticker price on the item was $1.00 more than the price listed on their website (24.99 vs 23.99), so I mentioned this to the woman at the counter. After several minutes of discussion between the two women working there, and confirming the discrepancy, they refused to honor the price on their own website. Honestly, I was just so surprised. It is only $1.00. I, obviously, decided not to make the purchase. Terrible customer service. I will never shop there again. I would have given zero stars, but it would only let me post with at least one star. Google, that glitch needs to be fixed.

I cannot brag enough about how much I adore all the women in this place! What a group of positive and helpful people. I have been using this store for years as a licensed cosmetologist and not only do they have a great stock of products, the vibe is just awesome. Thanks guys!!!

The hairstylist was very rude and unprofessional. Went in for a trim of 1/2 inch .When asked if she could trim my hair shorter , her answer "" that would cost you 30$ more or make a new appointment ". If she is not interested in working, she needs to join the unemployment line and let someone else work. Never go there again unless you want to get ripped of and have a bad experience .

I went here for highlights and coloring. I was super nervous because I’ve never dyed my hair before. Melissa took complete care of me. She really knows what she’s doing. My hair looks amazing and healthy. She uses great products and shares a lot of knowledge. Her years of experience show. Best of all, she’s fun! Every one of the women in there are friendly and personable. They speak to every customer with kindness and respect. I had a great time laughing with all of them. They were just as excited about my new look as I was! The whole experience was phenomenal. I will definitely be back.

Unfortunately we don't. Because contacts, even cosmetic ones are regulated by the FDA, we can't legally sell them. The issue also comes in if there is any eye damage, which we aren't qualified to address, nor licensed as an optometrist would be. We had hoped to partner with a company that we could order through that would cover those issues, but currently we don't have that in place.
