Our sales person Emil went above and beyond.we had some hiccups along the way, had some issues with a couple of things almost to the point where we almost walked away all together. But them Emil went above and beyond for us. He addressed all our concern and our issues in a timely mannered. Wouldn't hesitate to buy again from him. To the point where we already did. We went back and bought another recreational vehicle off of him. Best sale guy with exceptional customer service

Good experience, fast processing, lots of variety with MSRP prices. There's a store for accessories on site. The thing I didn't appreciate was there was no room for negotiations. The extra dealer cost of the bike were about half the sticker price of the bike itself. So, if your bike is $7 have an extra $3 just for extra cost. Also purchased a helmet and jacket, which I received a small discount on. I loved that I was able to drive off within a few hours with a brand new vehicle though.

Anthony C. Was extremely helpful during the entire purchase process of my new waverunner. I’m from out of town and was making a quick trip to riva to purchase and pick the ski up, everything went seamless. He took the time to locate the ski before hand and helped me quickly secure it as mine. After the purchase he took the time to give me a thorough tutorial of the ski in the rain!!! The whole experience went great, the set up the trailer perfect too!
